Step 1: Make sure you are logged into Facebook.

Step 2: Click this link https://business.facebook.com/settings/security to go to the security center for your business manager. You should arrive at a screen that looks like this.

Step 3: Click the dropdown for "Two-Factor Authentication" and select the option to turn it on for everyone.
